Original ten-page report dated September 2nd, 2021, supplied by the user and matched to the ten report-image links in the breeder’s post. Flow cytometry of supplied leaves identifies sample MGM-2 / LF01-M-210821005618 as tetraploid (reported nuclear DNA content 1.43 Gb); the diploid control is 798 Mb. The accompanying post identifies the tested plant as Conestoga 011. Report pages 2 and 4–7 describe the sample, method and result. No direct chromosome count or molecular parentage test.

Genome resource reviewed against the CGD assembly record and existing variety identity. ZK8 is a sequenced trifoliate-orange reference relevant to the Poncirus background inherited through C-35. It is not a sequence of Conestoga 011 Citrange or its recorded parental accession, and does not establish ancestry percentages or cold tolerance.

Genome resource reviewed against the CGD assembly record and existing variety identity. DHSO is a sweet-orange reference relevant to the sweet-orange background inherited through C-35. It is not a sequence of Conestoga 011 Citrange or Ruby sweet orange. The separate 011 flow-cytometry report measures ploidy and DNA content; it is not a genome assembly.

First-hand breeder report. The post compares Conestoga 011 and 010 outdoor grafts on Poncirus after an unspecified winter; it also compares an original 058 plant in a coldframe. It gives no temperature or duration, and the differing protection conditions limit direct hardiness comparison.

First-hand breeder comparison of Conestoga 011 and Poncirus petiole length. The author describes the observation as a brief examination and gives no measurement protocol; the post's tetraploidy and triploid-breeding comments are speculative and are not established by the petiole observation.

The author reports little or no observed cold-hardiness difference to that point among Conestoga 010, Conestoga 011, and Poncirus, then ranks 011 as fully deciduous and the hardiest hybrid in this collection. The reported +10 °F low applies to the update, not as a measured minimum for 011; coldframe plants had higher sunny-day highs than outdoor plants.

Kumin reports that Conestoga 011 was seriously damaged but survived. The post does not give a temperature or exposure duration for 011. Its separate −8°F statement concerns TaiTri.

Kumin reports that Conestoga 011 had developed flower buds at six years of age. This is an individual report, not a replicated age-to-flowering estimate; it does not call these the first flower buds.

Kumin reports that most of the pictured in-ground F2 segentranges survived a January/February 2019 low of −11.8 °F; the post identifies Conestoga 011 as a vigorous, deciduous specimen and says it received no protection at any time. The following separately captioned plant is described as having zero dieback; that observation is not assigned to 011. This is a grower report, with no station, duration, or detailed exposure record.

Kumin identifies the pictured selection as Conestoga 011 F2 hybrid, says it was among the hardiest selections, and reports top-working it onto mature Poncirus trees for the upcoming winter test, with multiple clones propagated as backups. A third image is captioned as the original survivor and described as deciduous. This post gives no measured winter minimum or trial outcome.

In post #571000, Kumin calls 011 tetraploid and reports that its seeds are fewer in number but much thicker. This is a qualitative grower description; the post supplies no seed count, thickness measurement, or method. Ploidy should be supported only by independently documented evidence, not inferred from this seed description.
