Open-access DNA-marker study (CC BY 4.0). Apply only to the study accessions and preserve the authors’ stated identity and parentage limits; it does not by itself establish the identity of every catalog tree or clone bearing a matching cultivar name.

Genome-wide genotyping study of 67 citrus varieties and lines using 206 validated SNPs and MARCO. Kabuchi finding concerns NIAS Genebank accession 117390 (Table 1; origin field Japan, Okayama; held at NIFTS Okitsu) and candidate parent combinations in Table 4; cross direction is explicitly unclear. Treat as accession-specific inference, not evidence identifying all Kabuchi-named trees.

Whole-genome study of 69 citrus accessions in a 71-sample collection. Named kabuchi was sampled in Okinawa; the yukunibu group includes kabuchii and related accessions. Haplotype sharing supports Kunenbo-mikan as parental to the group; the study describes a Kunenbo-mikan seed parent and diverse C. ryukyuensis pollen parents. Main text and sampling acknowledgments do not identify a Kabuchi accession matching NIAS 117390; preserve that identity limit and do not infer numeric ancestry fractions or fruit/cold traits.
