Notes from Dr. Bitters' 1963 trip to Japan: Average size fruit height 6.2 cm, wide 6.4 cm, yellow orange rind, globose, smooth, stem end rounded, smooth, stylar end flat, no areole, rind 4 mm, 25-30 seeds, polyembryonic, leaves very similar to sweet orange. Not a commercial variety--may have rootstock possibilities.
