Forum thread by ilya11; replies #4586 (October 23, 2020) and #4592 concern SRA241. Reply #4586 reports a Poncirus-grafted plant in the ground for four years, its first several fruits after repeated flowering, late-April flowers, early-October color onset, many seeds (reported total seed weight 10 g), 11 g flesh in an unspecified preparation, not very juicy fruit, and piney rind aroma. Fruit count and weighing protocol are not stated; these are not whole-fruit weights. Reply #4592 attributes origin to 1987 seed from the Beibei/Chongqing area and selection as a pigmented seedling form; the post was later edited on April 28, 2026, and the account is unverified. Other thread replies discuss distinct or unidentified material; no CRC 3931 or IVIA 358 identity or genetic parentage is established.

Forum post 46667 by hev retrospectively says seeds from Ichang papeda material were introduced to SRA San Giuliano in 1987; the separate budwood introduction was the source of SRA687. The account does not identify a known pollen parent for the seedlings or map the described seedling phenotypes to SRA240 versus SRA241.

Topic 388 post 1842 reports SRA 241 as seedless and too bitter to eat, but gives no specimen provenance, observation date, fruit count, or method. Post 15936 later asks whether an anthocyanic plant is SRA 867 or SRA 241, leaving that identification uncertain. These forum reports do not establish an accession-wide fruit trait.
