Fang and Roose, HortScience 34(2):334–335 (April 1999), DOI 10.21273/HORTSCI.34.2.334. Page 334 reports CTV resistance in a parent cultivar named Webber Fawcett after repeated ELISA and RT-PCR testing; the paper gives no CRC 2552, PI, or other accession number, so identity with the target accession is unconfirmed. It also studies Chandler × Webber Fawcett progeny (26 individuals). The challenge assay grafted progeny buds onto Pineapple sweet-orange rootstocks infected with CTV strain T-514; this does not report a Pineapple fruit or rootstock-performance trait.
