US-1279, tested as BS95-V3-11, was released by USDA in September 2014 for commercial rootstock use in Florida. In Florida flatwoods trials after HLB infection, it induced superior Hamlin sweet-orange productivity and fruit quality; this is tolerance after infection, not resistance to infection.
